Cancellation Policy

50% Down payment is required to successfully reserve a particular area of the service. It shall be deposited or bank transfer through our bank account (BDO) and the deposit slip or bank transfer reference number must be sent to our email (support@quinto.ph) for confirmation.

  

The remaining balance should be paid in cash or deposited or bank transfer through our bank account (BDO), and the deposit slip or bank transfer reference number must be sent to our email (support@quinto.ph) for confirmation. Then, you will be received a transaction receipt on the day of the transaction. We do not allow downgrading of the package of our services. Please be advised that if you cancel the service, the 50% down payment service fee shall be forfeited. It is non-refundable.

 

Please note that once you have a contract with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your contract during or more than 48 hours before it has a date scheduled for the service to take place, the 50% down payment service fee shall be forfeited.

  

To avoid the forfeiting of a 50% down payment service fee, please provide cancellation notice at least before 48 hours prior to the service/s to take place.
